Parson’s Collar Pub & Kitchen is open all day from early till late serving fabulous home-cooked dishes and a great range of Thwaites award winning cask ales, brewed up in Lancashire in our very own brewery.

If you’re wanting to push the boat out or just simply fancy a change, you’re welcome to pop next door to our restaurant and bar at our 4-star sister hotel. There’s a great selection of Mediterranean influenced dishes and the restaurant quite rightly has an AA rosette awarded for quality. You’ll discover a sheltered al fresco terrace at the rear of the hotel where you can dine under the sun and the stars.
